部屋は狹かったですが、クーラーも効いていて快適でした。ただ、洗面台が小さく、顔など洗うのには不便でした。 空港からは近いですが、街中に行くまでに30分以上かかるので、朝が早いフライトもしくは時間に餘裕のある旅行の時にいいと思います。 Wi-Fiが弱く、調べ物などなかなか出來ず、不便でした。 もう少し強いWi-Fiがあれば、もっと快適に過ごせます。 受付の人たちは、みんな感じ良かったです。

停車位有限，記得早點去佔位置。去晚了可以停路邊黃線，但是早上八點之前要挪走。前台的小哥哥小姐姐特別好，停車時給了我很大幫助。但是早餐有點小問題，他們的水果是不洗的，我想拿一個回房間洗遭到了不太禮貌的阻止，難道當地都是不洗直接吃嗎？不理解，所以服務打四分。 其他都挺好的，離機場近，離市區其實也不遠。

比較簡單一些，房間也很小，不過歐洲這個品牌就是這個定位。1400多的價格，相當於在國內住的300不到的酒店標準吧。但乾淨都是很乾凈的。我12點離店，酒店服務員很不高興和我説他們是11點退房，需要申請晚退房的。我説我來自中國，因為我們都是12點退房，所以不知道，他一臉不屑。很不舒服。

Location was quite far from the main tourism spots of Firenze. Area felt safe though, so I didn't mind walking to the tram. This hotel is very close to the airport which was super convenient, either a 5 min taxi ride or 10 min tram (1 stop). Service was lovely, but the hotel itself wasn't luxurious if you're a fancy person. But I was still comfortable and the room was cozy and nice. There were some extra pillows in the room which was a nice touch because I like a lot of pillows. Great for a budget stay!

안녕하세요! 기대 안하고 귀국 마지막 저녁에 그냥 운전 그만 하려고 가격대 보고 막 도착 2시간전에 예약한 호텔이었는데 너무 기대 이상으로 만족스럽게 하루를 마무리하며 다음 날 피렌체 대성당 등 투어를 마치고 로마 피우미치노 공항으로 무사히 도착 후 귀국을 하게 되었네요. 주차장도 나름 공간 확보가 잘 되어 있어서 좋았고 피렌체 공항 옆이라 고속도로에서 바로 호텔을 찾기에도 너무 좋았고, 잠시 휴식 후 차로 9분 거리에 있는 이케아도 다녀 올 수 있어서 좋았지만 제일 좋았던 것은 유쾌하고 친절하신 프론트 직원분의 응대였습니다. 감사합니다 좋은 하루되세요

Lovely staff, modern and clean hotel. Near the airport, but it's not a great walk there; no buses or trains from there to the airport, so you might need a taxi if you have luggage. To get to the city center, it's 10 10-minute walk to the tram station.

離車站還是有點距離的，預算充足的話還是住市區裡吧。房間不大，唯一一個洗手池在浴室/洗手間外面，冰箱小得可憐，也沒有每天送水，住得略微有些憋屈

This hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too. On the second day of our stay, we had a problem with the hot shower in both of our rooms and only managed to get the problem fixed at night. Due to that, they compensated us free breakfast as a service recovery for my family the next day. We enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel. However the parking in this hotel is so limited that we almost didn’t get parked our car in the hotel. We weee told that if no parking spaces available, we had to find a blue lot to park outside the hotel area. So far we were lucky enough to get the parking lot inside the hotel.

Meneer Luciano bij het receptie is zeer onvriendelijk. Geen begroet en gaat uit niets in discussie met de klant terwijl op de boeking alles duidelijk staat. Locatie is wel dichtbij de metrostation. Prive parkeren op het eigen terrein is mogelijk maar is beperkt.

This hotel is very clean and new. Staffs was so kind and helpful too.
